By downloading, installing, or using Vowel Thief ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Vowel Thief grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

All content, design, and code within Vowel Thief are the intellectual property of Luke Lanterme. The sentences used in gameplay are drawn from traditional proverbs, common sayings, and public domain sources.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luke Lanterme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the App.
These Terms of Use are between you and Luke Lanterme only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or the content thereof. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
